POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – Polk County deputies are at present searching for a suspect who stole and used a bank card to make a number of purchases round Winter Haven and Auburndale.
Deputies say the sufferer’s pockets disappeared on Oct. 16. He instructed deputies that somebody both took it from his automotive or residence close to Spirit Lake in Winter Haven.
The sufferer was notified by his financial institution of fraudulent exercise on his bank card and he stopped all transactions, based on deputies.
Detectives stated they contacted the financial institution and discovered the unauthorized transactions came about on the following 4 places on Oct. 17:
- 34th Road EZ Means Drive-Through in Winter Haven at 10:11 a.m.
- Walgreens on Havendale Boulevard in Auburndale at 10:32 a.m.
- CVS on Magnolia Avenue in Auburndale at 10:49 a.m.
- Greenback Normal on Havendale Boulevard in Auburndale at 10:57 a.m.
Deputies say the suspect bought a whole lot of dollars’ value of reward playing cards with the stolen bank card.
